Join us for our 2026 4th of July Extravaganza!
The City of Lancaster and the AV Fair & Event Center proudly present the 4th of July Fireworks Extravaganza at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds on Saturday, July 4!
✨ Event Highlights:
🎟️ FREE admission to the fairgrounds!
🪑 Grandstand seating available with ticket purchase
🕚 Gates open at 5 PM
🕚 Grandstands open at 6 PM
🏁 Concert by LANCO at 7 PM in the Palmdale Auto Mall Arena
🎇 Fireworks begin at approximately 9 PM
🎶 Enjoy live entertainment, delicious food trucks, and family-friendly fun for all ages. Cap off the evening with one of the biggest pyrotechnic displays in the region!

Cool Summer Nights Events: June 24 - July 29, 2026
This event series celebrates Parks Make Life Better Month! Parks Make Life Better month works to raise awareness of the benefits of parks and recreation throughout California. Throughout the summer, Lancaster hosts events every Wednesday from 4 - 7 PM to celebrate our beautiful parks. The IMPACT Program is the planning team behind this event series.
Juneteenth Celebration
PALMDALE, CA — The City of Palmdale invites residents and the greater Antelope Valley to come together to celebrate Juneteenth and honor freedom, culture and history through an afternoon of activities, community connection and celebration. Entertainment includes a gospel singer, a performance by the Justice Sunday Arts Initiative, Storm Family Dance, poetry reading, DJ set, Ayinde Love Music Acts and a drum circle featuring community participation.
